At Empowered & Poised, our mission is to empower and educate young people through the discovery of social, mental, and physical components.
What does it mean to be Empowered & Poised?
To be empowered & poised means that we possess wonderful and admirable qualities within us that are far more worthy of praise and love than simply our exteriors shells. It is to be oneself and to have the strength to be unapologetically you.
Being empowered & poised means taking care of your overall well-being. This includes constantly searching out ways to become a better, stronger version of yourself, yet accepting and loving who you are at each step in the process.
When we connect with our community supporting and sharing with one another we can truly make this world a much more beautiful place to live.

Leah founded Empowered & Poised in 2017.
She is an entrepreneur, writer, speaker, licensed social worker, and advocate for empowering children, youth, and adolescents.
